design study Architecture Events WTC design study: "Noted architects and planners from around the world come together to help shape the future of Lower Manhattan." The Lower Manhattan Development Corporation announces six teams of architects and planners to participate in design study of the World Trade Center site. Including: Studio Daniel Liebeskind; Foster and Partners; Richard Meier, Peter Eisenman, Charles Gwathmey, and Steven Holl; United Architects; Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. Dutch firm UN Studio will be part of the United Architects team and Neutelings Riedijk will collaborate with Skidmore, Owings and Merrill.
