A collection of rugs made using felt strips, lending a texture
that is very soft and pleasant, yet strong. A little space for
day dreaming. With 'Little Field of Flowers' you’ll feel
as if you’re resting in a cool meadow on a hot summer's
day - your own smallplace for relaxing and daydreaming.
Following
the philosophy of Studio Tord Boontje, this design gently softens
angles, finding its inspirationin nature and playing with shapes
and layers to seduce your imagination and awaken your motions.
Made from 100% wool felt which is hand loomed and hand dyed.
Available in purple, red and forest green 200x300 or170x240cm.

The Nani Marquina brand was born in 1987 specialising in the
design and production of textile articles with a focus on rugs.Nani
Marquina's collection includes designs by Javier Mariscal, Jorge
Pensi and Diego Fortunato amongst others. The possibility of
finding her company's rugsin places like the MOMA store in New
York says it all...Nani Marquina's works are under constant
development and this catalogue is a mere snapshot. The initial
objective of merging contemporary aesthetics with a product
that is inseperable from the individuals habitat is achieved.
